My career didn't start in an HR office. It started at Aldi, on their rigorous area manager programme. That's where I learned that people strategy is inseparable from operational excellence.
From there, I moved to Just Eat Takeaway, where I personally managed the entire London depot and courier network. We're talking 300+ people per site and hundreds of thousands of parcels every single day. I've also held senior roles at Evri, navigating the complexities of large-scale logistics and team management.
I’ve seen firsthand what happens when a business scales its headcount but forgets to scale its people infrastructure. The gaps grow faster than the revenue, managers get overwhelmed, and culture starts to fray. I built Novature Solutions to close those gaps.
